Caring Changes is a service that aims to help carers make small changes to achieve a better balance between their caring role and their life outside that role.

That way they can stay well and continue to support the treatment and recovery of the person they care for.

Coronavirus (COVID-19) and Caring Changes

Revision to Current Service Provision across Sunderland from Tuesday 17th March 2020.

We are unable to offer any face-to-face appointments or meetings at any of our hubs,  until further notice.

Our Freephone line is open as usual for emotional support and advice, Monday to Friday, 10am – 6pm 0800 6342 557.  We will continue to offer support to all carers via telephone and virtual calls, including on-line virtual peer support groups & “cuppa & chats” groups. Our face book page “Caring Changes Sunderland” will also be updated regular with relevant information.

We are continuing to accept new referrals and carers will be offered emotional support and advice as usual, so please contact the free phone number 0800 6342 557.
